1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom videos, digital content, and any personalized items are non-returnable. Additionally, intimate wear such as thongs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Time Frame: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges

4. Cancellations
- Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., custom green screen videos), cancellations are not allowed once the order is processed.
- Physical Products: If you wish to cancel an order for physical products (shirts, mugs, or thongs), please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
